Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a premier waterfront district integrating residential, commercial, and maritime industries. As part of its expansion, a 69-floor mixed-use development was constructed, comprising luxury residences, office spaces, retail outlets, and hospitality venues.
Given its high-profile nature and strategic location, IES designed a multi-layered, technology-driven security & ICT framework to include, perimeter security and vehicular access control to a comprehensive video surveillance and intercom system. The IT system comprised a converged network system, wireless access points, digital signage, IP telephony, background music, AV and Control systems
